Thanks to my friend Helene for this article.
"We came across this delicious and fun Christmas pizza at Two Bears Farm that you and your kids can make together.
The author of this blog is a busy mom herself and she's always coming up with the most creative (and healthy!) snacks for her young twins.
For this fun meal, as you can see from the picture above, she cut a slice from a pre-cooked pizza crust for one of her sons (you could easily use Boboli if you don't want to make your own crust) and topped it with pesto and parmesan cheese.
Then she let him add "decorations" from some of his favorite toppings-lima beans, corn, green olives, and his all time favorite food-shrimp. The topper is a piece of cheese cut in a star shape. How cute is that?
You can really have a lot of fun with this, especially when you think of all the various "decorations" you can use!
Bon Appetit.
What would YOU and your kids use for decorations?
