CAPCC HEAD START is continuously accepting applications for FREE preschool services in the Cambria County area. If your child is 3 to 5 years old and you meet federal and state income eligibility guidelines you are eligible for FREE comprehensive preschool services. It is totally FREE - no cost is involved at all.
Please call (814) 536-9031 and ask for HEAD START. You will be assisted with information on how to complete an application. You may also stop into the Main office or one of the center sites listed below and ask for an application. Someone will assist you.
We have different funding sources through Federal and State programs are there are different income eligibility guidelines for each program, so even if you are not sure if you may qualify, please complete an application today!
HEAD START will begin offering YEAR-ROUND program services starting this July. The children will receive more program days of service and families will be assured that their child is in a safe, secure, comfortable educative setting for the summer months!
