Providing FREE Formal Dresses for Blair County High School, Middle School and Junior High students. United Way of Blair County and Penn Highlands Community College together ensuring all girls have a gown to attend their formal dances.
Gown Distribution
March 13 | 4 PM - 8:30 PM & March 14 | 10 AM - 4 PM at the Logan Valley Mall in the former Ooh La La storefront on the 2nd Level across from the Food Court
